The Craft & Hobby Association’s (CHA) national Celebrate the Season promotion is designed to inspire everyone with innovative craft ideas for the upcoming holidays.
On November 22, East Indian Exports will offer special classes, product demonstrations, projects and more. Visitors will have the opportunity to see finished samples of the latest crafts, learn about new products and even try out crafting techniques and supplies available for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah and Kwanzaa.

“Crafters of all ages and skill level are invited to stop by and get a head start on their holiday crafts,” says Liz Stilwell, Co-Owner of East Indian Exports. “With a wide array of craft projects and exciting ideas available for everyone, visitors can look forward to giving their favorite holiday a very personal touch!” “All of our items are 100% handmade and proceeds from every sale go to support the Barefoot College located in Rajasthan, India which works with marginalized Indian artisans in order to help them move from a position of vulnerability to security and economic self-sufficiency thus empowering them to become stakeholders in their own organizations.”
The Celebrate the Season promotion will culminate with a special one-day family event on (November 22, 2008) when East Indian Exports will offer special activities and classes designed for the whole family to enjoy together. Some of the featured crafts will include:
