PMI Announces Dates for Its Spring 2009 Short Course

PMI has announced the dates of its Spring Short Course in order to enable interested companies plenty of time to register.

Ithaca, NY, November 12, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Porous Materials, Inc. has announced the dates for its Spring 2009 Short Course. The course will be held during the week of May 4th-8th, 2009. PMI's Short Course brings together their experts in pore structure and characterization, as well as technical specialists from industries, research laboratories and universities, for three days of intensive lectures, discussions, and hands-on practice. The material presented addresses the theory and application of methods for determining pore structure and distribution in a wide variety of materials.

Attendees learn the basics and catch up on the latest advances in porosity characterization techniques. The course schedule will include plenty of time for one-on-one discussions with PMI's technical staff. And each course ends day with an evening of dining at one of Ithaca’s fine restaurants. Attendees are also given the chance to go on sight-seeing tours of some of Ithaca’s fine local attractions, including Cornell University campus, waterfalls, and wineries.
