Jessica Sweigart of Edmeades & Stromdahl, Ltd. Architects in Harford County Earns Promotion

Bel Air, MD, November 12, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Edmeades & Stromdahl, Ltd. Architects/Planners of Harford County announce the promotion of Jessica Sweigart to Job Captain.

Sweigart, who resides in Baltimore County, graduated from Catholic University of America in Washington, DC, with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture in 2004. She earned her Associates degree in Applied Science Architecture & Interior Design from Anne Arundel Community College. Sweigart began her career in Gambrills, where she worked for an architecture firm for four years. Her design background includes residential, corporate/office, institutional, government, and recreational facilities throughout Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, DC, and Pennsylvania.

Sweigart began working at Edmeades & Stromdahl, Ltd. in July 2008. As Job Captain, she will be responsible for projects from the schematic design phase through the completion of construction. Currently, Sweigart is working on the design of the new Churchville Library and Activity Center. This multi-purpose facility is a joint project between Harford County Parks & Recreation and Harford County Public Libraries. The facility will feature the County’s first public library science center and will incorporate numerous sustainable design technologies.
