City Fountain Center Set for Grand Opening

City Fountain Center in Port St. Lucie, Florida, to Open This Winter.

Port. St. Lucie, FL, November 19, 2008 --( With its grand opening set for this winter, City Fountain Center will offer the very best in dining and shopping opportunities for residents throughout Florida’s Treasure Coast, according to Jason Poma, Vice President of Poma Construction Corp., the center’s developer.

The 23,000 sq. ft. open-air center offers a Tuscan Village themed architecture and is located on the on the Southeast corner of Port St. Lucie Blvd. and Westmoreland, one of the area’s busiest yet convenient intersections in Port St. Lucie.

Anchored by Seacoast National Bank, the focal point of the center is a custom fountain that serves as a landmark for the area. The fountain area features lush landscaping with comfortable benches surrounding the fountain, and it will be dedicated to the city of Port St. Lucie upon its completion.

Tutto Fresco will feature fine Italian Dining and Fratelli’s Gourmet Deli will provide the utmost authentic Italian deli experience in Port St. Lucie. A soon-to-be-named sushi/hibachi restaurant opening soon and will be the only such restaurant in the area. Rounding out the initial tenant mix thus far are Stars Nails Salon and Spa, and an Alltel store.
