EventSetter.com Unveils Redesigned Front Page

The Changes to the Front Page of EventSetter.com are Aesthetic and Functional.

London, United Kingdom, June 08, 2006 --(PR.com)-- EventSetter.com has redesigned the layout of its front page. The new look of the front page of EventSetter.com, was designed to have a similar look and feel to the local city event listing pages and the newly released online events pages. This latest change to the front page was intended for uniformity with the rest of the website. The new look to the front page is both for aesthetics as well as function.

Originally, the front page was merely a list of all the cities which EventSetter.com covers, divided by continent. The new look of the front page retains the full list of cities, but adds the latest published events, from the local city pages and the online events pages. The left side of the front page is divided into a top and bottom section with the top section showing the latest published local city events and the bottom section showing the latest published online events.

Upon arriving to the front page of EventSetter.com, visitors will always see the latest events for both the local city pages and the online events pages. This new feature to EventSetter.com also allows a primary and equal display position for every published event, although each event is moved down the front page when a newer event is published. EventSetter.com must be refreshed to see the newly published events as they come in. The number of events displayed on the front page of EventSetter.com is limited to the ten most recently published local city events and the ten most recently published online events.

The local city pages and online events pages will continue to display events based on the occurring event date. EventSetter.com expects that there will be an equal number of online events in the near future, although currently the local city pages enjoy the majority of event listings. North America continues to lead with the most event listings, but more events are expected to come from Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and the Online Events pages in the coming year. EventSetter.com expects to become the destination of choice to publish upcoming city events and online events, and finding events.
