Centrifuge Media, Inc. Names Kevin Gorey as Account Supervisor, India Leon as Account Manager

Kevin Gorey and India Leon have recently joined Centrifuge Media. Kevin Gorey serves as an account supervisor and Leon serves as an account manager.

Morrisville, NC, December 04, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Brian Rivers, president of Centrifuge Media, Inc., a full service multimedia, audio­visual and technology solutions company, has announced that Kevin Gorey and India Leon have recently joined Centrifuge Media. Kevin Gorey serves as an account supervisor and Leon serves as an account manager.

In these roles, Gorey and Leon are charged with a variety of tasks vital to the success of the company. Gorey and Leon’s prime responsibility includes executing sales and marketing efforts for Centrifuge Media’s multimedia production and audiovisual services. They are also responsible for new business development and recruiting new accounts through cold calling, mailings and personal visits, identifying companies that fit into Centrifuge Media’s target market, retaining current clients, managing multiple clients, and attending, coordinating and managing all phases on an event. Additionally, Gorey is responsible for managing and supervising all of Centrifuge Media’s account managers.

Gorey holds an impressive resume with over 17 years experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. His previous work experience includes several positions at Corporate Training Consultants, Inc., including account development manager, manager of project development and project development specialist. Gorey also served as an executive sales representative, associate sales trainer, marketing brand team and senior sales representative at GlaxoSmithKline, Inc. Gorey holds a BS from Ithaca College and a MS from Syracuse University.

Leon is a Dean’s List graduate from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a BA in media studies and broadcast journalism. Upon graduation, Leon gained experience as an on-air television personality and spokesperson for Charlotte’s WB and anchor for “Mecklenburg Matters,” a news forum for Mecklenburg County’s local government station. Leon was actively involved with Charlotte Bobcat’s NBA Read to Achieve program, and worked as a spokesperson for the National Child Lures program. More recently, Leon served as traffic reporter for News14 Carolina. Her other accomplishments include being named Miss Lincoln County, Miss Mount Holly and Miss Queen City, and participating in Miss NC USA in 2005 and 2006. She was also named Miss American Clogger in 2004.
