)-- Natalie Perkins, president of Clean Design, Inc. (www.cleandesign.com), a design agency specializing in uncovering brand truths, insights and ideas, has announced that Justin Ware has joined the agency as senior designer. In this position, he is responsible for developing the concept and design of projects for clients such as John Deere’s construction and forestry division, Loadrite and Westborough apartments. He will serve as a mentor for other designers to facilitate creative growth and development at the agency. Ware brings 11 years of experience to Clean Design, previously serving as senior designer for Function Design in Raleigh, senior partner/art director for Latenight Creative, LLC in Cary and most recently serving as lead designer for Strategic Guru, Inc. in Cary.
Ware has received a number of awards and recognition for his work on various projects. He was selected by Artsplosure to create the 2002 Artsplosure campaign and was chosen to submit works to be included in The Complete Graphic Designer, a reference book designed for both students and educators. Ware also received an award from Graphic Design USA for his work on GameFrog franchise stores. While at Latenight Creative, LLC, he submitted works to Crack: World New Graphic Design 2007/2008, a volume created to give the reader a vivid display of the state of graphic design today. Most recently, Ware earned an honorable mention in the business-to-business category of the Marcom Awards, a recognition given by the International Competition for Marketing and Communication Professionals.
Ware earned an associate’s degree in applied science for graphic design from Guilford Technical Community College in Jamestown. A native of Burlington, he resides in Raleigh.
