Dorsey joined BlueStar in 2001 as Inside Sales Manager, and was responsible for helping the BlueStar sales team actualize higher sales goals. As BlueStar grew as a company, so did Dorsey’s responsibilities. His title changed to National Director of Sales in 2003 in reflection of his accomplishments. Under Dorsey’s leadership, the BlueStar sales team has grown sales 200%. In addition, he lead the team in a cooperative effort for a smooth implementation of BlueStar’s new online ordering tool BlueStore.

Prior to joining the BlueStar team, Dorsey held the positions of Senior Sales Manager at Insight Direct in Tempe, AZ, and Director of Sales for GE Captial’s ITS Division, Western Region. He graduated from Cypress College in 1991 and continued his education at California State University, Fullerton.
