Buy American Helps Oregon and Minnesota Manufacturers of Industrial Products Increase Sales

Buy American, a social network site for the manufacturing community has launched two reports to help Minnesota and Oregon industrial suppliers grow their customer base in domestic and foreign markets

Minneapolis, MN, December 13, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Industrial Leaders (http://www.IndustrialLeaders.com), publisher of Buy American, an international blog-portal designed to promote US-based manufacturers in support of the American industrial workforce, has launched two publications to help promote industrial suppliers and exporters located in Oregon and Minnesota. The company said the publications are intended for machine shops, industrial distributors, job shops, foundries, manufacturers and other suppliers of industrial goods and services residing in the two states.

The publications are located at:

* http://industrialleaders.com/reviews/?p=588 (Minnesota Industrial Supply and Trade Report)
* http://industrialleaders.com/reviews/?p=589 (Oregon Industrial Supply and Trade Report)

According to Frank Wallace, spokesperson for Industrial Leaders, the two publications provide information and resources for Oregon and Minnesota manufacturers and distributors in need of online marketing solutions to increase sales and revenues in local, national and/or international markets. Wallace said the new industrial trade reports provide access to Live RFQs for machine shops and other contact manufacturers on the Buy American Web site at: http://www.industrialleaders.com/mfg.html.

"Minnesota is one of the country's leading producers of molded plastics, fabricated metals, electronics, non-electric machines, scientific instruments, processed foods and other goods sold nationwide and across the globe," said Wallace. He concluded, "In contrast, Oregon is a major producer of software, plastics, biotechnology, metals and forestry products. Both states are also significant agriculture producers and play important roles to America's food supply, demand for industrial goods and the country's economic and financial stability."

Wallace said manufacturers based in or serving Portland, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Medford, Corvallis, Springfield, Bend, Gresham, Eugene, Salem, Minneapolis, Saint Paul, Rochester, Burnsville, Duluth, Plymouth, Eagan, Bloomington and other Minnesota and Oregon cities are invited to download the reports free-of-charge. According to Wallace, Buy American plans to publish additional industrial trade reports over the next several months in effort to further help U.S. manufacturers compete in the global industrial marketplace.
