Team EliteFTS Creates Holiday Tips Book to Benefit Make-A-Wish Foundation

London, OH, December 13, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Elite Fitness Systems (www.elitefts.com) has gathered its team of some of the world’s top personal trainers, coaches and strength athletes to raise money for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, creating a 94-page e-book for athletes of all levels entitled “Team EliteFTS 2008 Holiday Tips.”

This book features 136 tips for athletes of all fitness levels and 10 workout plans, including a circa-max raw bench program.

Elite Fitness Systems, which sponsors Team EliteFTS, is giving these books away on its website at http://www.flexcart.com/members/elitefts/default.asp?m=PD&cid=114&pid=2930 in return for a $10 donation with all net proceeds going to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

“The holidays are about sharing,” said Elite Fitness Systems Founder and President Dave Tate. “This book enables us to not only share with our readers the same advice that has helped our team members reach elite levels in their respective fields, but also give back to a great organization like the Make-A-Wish Foundation.”

Tate added that Elite chose to support the Make-A-Wish Foundation because this organization and the children whom it serves share many of the same values that our team members have spent their lives striving toward.
