Shweta Jhajharia Brings Extensive Sales and Marketing Experience to ActionCOACH in London

Her office will be located in London.

Prior to becoming an ActionCOACH, Jhajharia worked with Unilever as a Marketing Manager. She has had many accomplishments in the various positions she has held during her corporate career.

As Global Marketing Knowledge Manager, she worked on models and principles based on category best practices to drive market growth in a measurable and disciplined way. As Customer Marketing Manager, she developed and led the execution of fully integrated shopper- and-channel insight based business building opportunities for two national channels. As Senior Brand Manager, she directed the aggressive value growth of Knorr (Unilever’s largest brand) through consumer understanding and innovations in relevant categories. She also received the Director’s Award for this project.

Finally, as Area Sales Manager, she managed a team of 138 salesmen and 28 distributors and ensured implementation of Sales Strategy and Brands Point of Purchase (POP) Vision for the business – again she received the Director’s Award for this.

“Eight years of experience and learning have provided me with a strong knowledge-base in the areas of sales, marketing, advertising, customer management, team building and business development - knowledge and experience I will be able to draw upon for my clients,” she said.
