Logistics Systems Incorporated (LSI) Awarded Logistics Contract by Headquarters, Department of the Army, Deputy Chief Of Staff (G-4)

LSI chosen to support HQDA G-4’s top priority of providing the Army and Joint Warfighter with premiere logistics support.

Washington, DC, December 17, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Logistics Systems Incorporated (LSI) announced it has been awarded a contract to perform logistics assessments and Operations Plan (OPLAN) Analyses for the office of Headquarters, Department of Army (HQDA), Deputy Chief of Staff, G-4 (Logistics).

Under this contract, LSI supports capabilities assessments through publication, document and doctrine review and analytical support of issues flowing through the Army Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (ACIDS) and Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) processes as well as various logistics and operational governance structures. LSI also assists in conducting research and analysis to assess logistics supportability, sustainability and feasibility of Operations Plans (OPLANs), Contingency or Concept Plans (CONPLANs), Functional Plans (FUNCPLANs) and provides logistics planning subject matter expertise (SME) to support adaptive, contingency and crisis planning.
