Forensics Consulting Solutions Moves to iConect 660

Forensics Consulting Solutions is announced today the migration from iConect Version 580 to iConect's 660 edition for review of electronic discovery documents.

Phoenix, AZ, January 08, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Forensics Consulting Solutions, LLC (FCS)announced today that are now able to offer their elite clientele the opportunity toreview electronic discovery documents in iConect’s 660 edition. FCS, who began their partnership with iConect in 2006 had previously offered iConect’s Version 580.

“This new roll-out has some remarkable features,” said FCS’ CEO Kelly “K.J.” Kuchta. “The Word Marking attribute is going to allow for more efficient review. The Document Grouping feature will allow the reviewer to see the parent document as well as its attachments which reduces review time. We think our clients who prefer to review in the iConect platform will be extremely happy with this new product.”

Armando Hernandez, the iConect Administrator for FCS is excited about the new rollout. “I’ve always been extremely pleased with the ease of use and flexibility that iConect nXt offers. These additional features just make a great product even better. I can’t wait to present these new benefits to our clients.”

Some additional key benefits of the new iConect 660 include:

Word Marking:
The Word Marking feature highlights word lists created by administrators for end users to enable reviewers to assess a document quicker.

Document Groups:
View e-mail records in parent-child document groups for faster and more-consistent reviews. Similarly, sets of near-duplicates as well as embedded files can be reviewed in groups to save time and ensure consistency.

Review Enhancement — “Include Groups” (for document group databases):
When a user assigns a review designation to one document, the same designation can be automatically applied to all other documents in the group.
Folders Enhancement — “Folder Groups” (for document group databases):
Similar to the review enhancement, when a user folders a document, all other documents in the group can be automatically added to the same folder.

Custom Folder Tabs:
Administrators can add custom folder tabs to the folders/review panel in the end user interface to further organize documents.

Content Analyst Integration:
Content Analyst can be used to identify related documents (exported from iCONECT) and organize them into clusters.

Case Portal — Tabbed View of Your Cases:
The Case Portal has been completely redesigned to provide a tabbed view of open cases for easy navigation from case to case, a customizable interface for improved workflow, and enhanced features such as multi-level Filings folders.

Messages:
You can now use a blind copy feature, similar to the blind copy functionality in Outlook. When composing a new message, specify blind copy recipients in the "Bcc" field.

Table View and Attachment Compare:
To help users identify the document they want to compare using the Attachment Compare feature, users can choose to display a Doc # column in Table View (through View Options) that will provide the same Doc # information asked for in the Attachment Compare dialog box.

Producing Images:
For databases that have more than one imagelink field, the production wizard now allows users to choose which specific imagelink field to use for the production.

Exporting Native Files:
For databases that have more than one attachment field, the export wizard now allows users to choose which specific attachment field to use for exporting native files. For concatenated databases, only common attachment fields can be selected.
