San Diego, CA, January 09, 2009 --(PR.com
)-- San Diego based Veritus Funding was recently approved by the Department of Real Estate to perform Loan Modifications in California for those homeowners who are on the cusp of foreclosure.
The National Association of Realtors released their report on home sales for October, and the numbers are largely reflective of how quickly banks are unloading on foreclosed properties. On the west coast, where home sales were up thirty-three percent, the median prices fell nearly twenty-seven percent. The condominium market was somewhat similar with sales being up five percent and prices falling nearly twenty-four percent. Median prices are reflective of the mixes of properties sold, and over the past number of months the downward trend has been consistent.
“The news on one side can be wonderful,” says Mark Brough, President of Veritus Funding. “Sales are up, so things must be great, but then you come to realize why they’re up, banks are dumping foreclosure homes quickly. With the economic and housing adjustments coming fast and furious, it’s sometimes tough to verify our clients fast enough. Our goal is to help everyone we possibly can, and as quickly as we can.”
Veritus Funding’s Loan Modification program is available in all of California. For more information call Veritus Funding at 1(888) 563-5275 or visit Veritus Funding’s website: www.veritusfunding.com.
