Atlanta, GA, January 10, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Richport Properties brought home three Gold Awards and two Silver Awards from the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association’s 28th Annual OBIE Awards held on Saturday, Nov. 8. The OBIE Awards program is presented by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, Inc.'s Sales and Marketing Council to honor excellence in building, marketing and personal achievement in the homebuilding industry. The awards are judged by industry professionals across the country and are announced during a gala dinner each November.
Richport Properties received three awards for Davis Oaks – a Gold Award in the category of Single Family Attached, Urban Redevelopment/Revitalization - $500,000 to $749,999 and two Silver Awards - Best Building Design Attached Model - $375,000 to $499,999 and Best Amenity Package, less than 499 units/total build out. Davis Oaks is located in Decatur and features elegant three-story condominiums conveniently located near the other Atlanta area communities of Emory and Brookhaven.
In addition, Brookline, a Covington community featuring single-family, rear-garage homes, received a Gold Award in the category of Single Family Builder Detached - $199,999 and under. New Rockbridge, an Atlanta townhomes community in Norcross, received a Gold Award in the category of Single Family Builder Attached - $150,000 to $199,999.
