Nominations Open for 2009 TCREW Champion Awards

Raleigh, NC, January 14, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Jill Wells Heath, president of Triangle Commercial Real Estate Women (TCREW) (www.trianglecrew.org), an organization that provides a forum for fostering relationships among commercial real estate women professionals in the Triangle market, has announced the organization is accepting nominations for the 2009 Champion Awards. The TCREW Champion Awards is an annual program that honors leaders, deals and projects in the Triangle commercial real estate industry.

Nominations may be made in the following categories:
· Most Creative Land Use
· Most Innovative Financing Program
· Best New Mixed-Use Development (within the last five years)
· Best New Office Development (within the last five years)
· Best New Retail Development
· Best Redevelopment Project
· Most Creative Marketing Campaign
· Professional Commercial Real Estate Service
· Community Enhancement Award
· Trail Blazer of the Year
· Trendsetter Award
· Triangle CREW Networking Award
· Impact Award

The deadline to submit is nomination is Wednesday, Feb. 18 at 5 p.m. In order to be eligible for an award, projects must have been completed by Dec. 31, 2008, and involve commercial real estate projects in the Triangle area.
