Parallels: Moving Pixels

For “Moving Pixels,” three top interactive designers will review their best work and engage in a roundtable discussion on the interplay between art, technology and new digital landscapes in design.

Miami, FL, January 15, 2009 --(PR.com)-- On Jan. 21, AIGA Miami presents “Moving Pixels,” the second event in its Parallels series. December’s “Words Make Pictures” enjoyed a standing room-only audience for copywriters exploring how their trade relates to design. For “Moving Pixels,” three top interactive designers will review their best work and engage in a roundtable discussion on the interplay between art, technology and new digital landscapes in design.

For this event, AIGA Miami proudly welcomes Jose Reyes, Creative Director at Sapient; Giovanny Gutierrez, Director of Interactive Media for Tinsley Advertising; and Dan Rubin, Principal of Sidebar Creative.

The world of design continually expands and diversifies on the wings of emerging technologies, and our speakers merge art with extreme technical knowledge. The result is design that comes to life and engages the user in new ways. Come listen to our guests’ experiences and get a glimpse of the future of interactive design.

The event is Free and open to the public. AIGA invites anyone curious about creativity to be part of the conversation, especially students and those new to the industry looking for insight from seasoned professionals.
