Peanut Butter Passion Heats Up and Gets "Personal"

Sales and visibility increased and a new size is available.

Toronto, OH, January 17, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Peanut Butter Passion ice cream topping and dessert fondue sales tripled in 2008 and owner Tricia Maple-Damewood also announced the introduction of Peanut Butter Passion Personals, a mini version of the standard 10-ounce jar that holds about 2 tablespoons with a small tasting spoon attached right to the jar.

“It’s the perfect size for a Valentine’s Day package enhancement, kids’ lunches, party favors, stocking stuffers—or for those who just want a small “fix” and maybe can’t be trusted with the standard 10 ounce jars,” she said. Quart size jars are also available for restaurants, caterers and family gatherings.

Peanut Butter Passion, sold through www.peanutbutterpassion.com and on EBay, gained exposure and popularity through participation in three new events. It was featured at the Jefferson County Farm Bureau’s Food “Fare”, Jefferson County Community College’s Fall Fun Fest and the Wintersville Women’s Club Annual Fashion Show and Fundraiser at St. Florian Hall. For the third consecutive year, Peanut Butter Passion was one of the highlights of the United Way (Jefferson County) Taste of the County event.

Carlaine’s Florist in Toronto, Ohio, and Bliss Coffee Shop in Dalton, Ohio, offer the original 10-ounce jars either individually or as part of their gift baskets. Both sizes are delivered free in the Tri-State (Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia) area and can be shipped anywhere in the continental U.S.; there is a 10% discount on the purchase of a case of 12, 10-ounce jars.
