EasyCare Announces Availability of New Comfort Pads

Tucson, AZ, June 22, 2006 --(PR.com)-- Comfort Pads were designed after much collaboration between EasyCare, Inc. and Pete Ramey in the quest to find the perfect product to help horses suffering from severe hoof problems.  After many attempts finally the perfect material was found.  The new ½” EVA foam Comfort Pad can easily be trimmed to fit into any EasyCare hoof boot and is available in two sizes.

Comfort Pads are an excellent way to provide extra protection and cushioning for a tender footed horse or for one recovering from various hoof ailments, including laminitis and navicular. The EVA foam pads often provide immediate relief for horses with severe hoof conditions. The pads are an excellent way to provide frog and sole support and increase circulation which may accelerate healing time.

Multiple endurance riders have been testing them on endurance rides and have found that they are a great way to add a little extra cushioning and protection for horses that will be going over challenging terrain that is rocky and hard-packed.  Comfort Pads and EasyCare hoof boots are also an excellent way to help our equine friends go from being shod to being barefoot with minimal or no transition period.

Comfort Pads are sold by the pair. They can be trimmed easily with scissors and will fit into any of the EasyCare line of hoof boots. The pads can also be used to achieve a better fit for horses that may be between sizes in a boot.  Specify type of boot and size when ordering.

EasyCare, Inc. has been a leader in the hoof boot industry for years, beginning with the invention of the Easyboot back in the early 70’s. Since then, the need for boots has grown tremendously as more and more horse owners see the healthy advantages of pulling shoes and switching to natural hoof care. EasyCare is excited about being part of this growing trend.
