In this role, she is responsible for all human resources functions, including recruiting, benefit and insurance programs, and the administration of all policies and procedures across the company. She reports to Gerry Geddis, president and COO of DAVACO.

Stringfellow joined DAVACO in April 2007 as the HR manager for field operations and was promoted to director of human resources in March 2008. Prior to joining DAVACO, she was employed for a electronics contract manufacturer, Sanmina-SCI, and Ultratech Stepper, an international supplier of semi-conductors. In these roles, Stringfellow provided consultation, guidance and support in all areas of employee relations, as well as staffing, compensation, benefits, training and development, labor relations and acquisitions.
Stringfellow received a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas and is a member of Society for Human Resources Management and Multiple Sclerosis Society.
