A New Appointment of the First Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre

Alexander Valerievich Eist was appointed the Director for Regional Development of IDGC of Centre.

Moscow, Russia, January 28, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Up to the current appointment Alexander Eist worked with the Belgorodenergo branch of IDGC of Centre in the position of the Chief Engineer. In IDGC of Centre, Alexander Valerievich will tackle issues of technical policy of 11 regions of the company.

In 2000, Alexander graduated from the Ivanovo State Power University majoring in "Grid Systems and Networks". He pays much attention to improvement of professional skills: in 2002 he received the management education in the International Institute of Management LINK; in 2003 he passed training at the State University of the Higher School of Economics.

He started his career in 1996 in the Bridge Operation Enterprise No.1 of Kostroma city on the position of the concreter. Three years later, he occupied the position of the electrical fitter for repairs of the equipment in the Service of Substations of the Kostroma Electric Networks. In 2000, Alexander Valerievich joined The Southern Electric Networks of JSC "Belgorodenergo" as the engineer of the lines service; in 2001, he was appointed the Deputy Chief Engineer of Belgorod Electric Grid Area. The same year he became the Deputy Chief of Belgorod EGA, and in 2003 - the Head of Graivoron EGA.

Within 2005, Alexander Valerievich worked on the positions of the Deputy Chief of Electric Technical Service of the Executive Management of JSC "Electric Grid Company", the Chief of the Electric Technical Service of the Executive Management of JSC "Belgorodenergo", the Director for Development of Networks and Electric Power Transport of JSC "Belgorodenergo". From 2006 to his joining IDGC of Centre, Alexander Eist worked as the Chief Engineer of JSC "Belgorodenergo".
