NY: Major Companies Test the Waters of Pure Planet Bottle-less Water Coolers

The green alternative to bottled water coolers is receiving rave reviews from consumers.

New York, NY, February 06, 2009 --(PR.com)-- With all of the information about the hazards of 5 gallon bottled water coolers readily available to consumers it is no surprise that major companies are eagerly installing bottleless filtration units in the work place. Besides reducing the health risks commonly involved with the 5 gallon bottles, these new high tech filtration systems are helping to reduce companies spending during these trying economical times.

Perhaps the trend towards a greener alternative stems from the bill presented by NYC council in December 2008 to ban water coolers in the city's municipal offices. The bill notes that taxpayers would save over 2 million dollars by having filtration systems installed in place of the existing coolers.

Major NYC political figures have already started curbing bottled water use, by installing filtration systems in their offices. NYC is not the first city to embark on the bottled water ban; cities throughout CA, IL, VA, MO, KY, MI, UT have either sought to ban the bottles, or already have a ban in place.

Pure Planet Waters, which distributes and installs the bottleless systems, is enticing companies to follow in the path of government officials by offering free, no obligation trials of their popular hydration units. "It's a no brainer," states Gary Cucuzza, CEO of Pure Planet Waters "... our Hydration Systems are eco-friendly, healthier, and less expensive than the bottled coolers. Once our clients taste our anti-oxidant infused, pure, fresh water, they make the logical decission on their own". Pure Planet Waters' ongoing free trial promotion is available through their website (Pureplanetwaters.com) or by calling (718)676-7900.
