New President Appointed for Schuster Electronics

Cincinnati, OH, February 01, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Schuster Electronics, Inc., an electronic components distributor headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, has appointed Mike Fine as the new president, effective immediately.

Ted Ludeke, owner and former president, will move to an advisory position as chairman. He was pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Fine to president. Mike will be one of only five people who have been president at Schuster. “I feel certain that he will lead the company to a very successful future, even in these uncertain times, as he has the drive and the skills necessary to be a winner at whatever he does,” said Mr. Ludeke.

Mike Fine brings 20 years of extensive distribution experience to his new position. His most recent positions were director of offshore sourcing and vice president of sales and marketing at Schuster, where he has worked for seven years. Mike received his bachelor’s degree in selling and sales management from Bowling Green State University and attended Xavier University while working toward his MBA.

Established in 1904, Schuster represents over 75 franchised manufacturers with a total of 250 current suppliers. This includes offshore sourcing with their Blue Wave division of seven years, dedicated to the global sourcing of components.
