Lakewood, NJ, June 30, 2006 --(PR.com)-- The Law Offices of Samuel Z. Brown, P.C. recently added a new Elder Law Department to its practice, chaired by Christine O’Donnell. This new department will focus on estate planning, tax planning, estate administration and guardianships.

Ms. O’Donnell brings with her a strong background particularly in the area of guardianships. Notably, she was appointed in 1998 by the Governor of New Jersey to serve as the guardian of last resort for New Jersey’s elderly residents. In this position she served as the guardian for over 700 individuals throughout New Jersey. In 2001, she went into private practice focusing in the area of guardianships and conservatorships.

This department adds a new dimension to Brown’s already multifaceted practice. In addition to the new Elder Law Department, the firm has four other departments focusing on Real Estate and Business, Elder Law, General Litigation, and Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice.
