Jackson Automotive Announces Its Newest Line-up: Subaru

Jackson Automotive Group adds the Subaru franchise to its already successful line-up of Mercedes-Benz and Volvo.

Macon, GA, February 13, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Owner Jimmy Jackson announces the expansion of the Jackson Automotive Group. The Macon, Georgia based automotive group is adding the Subaru franchise to their line up. Subaru was selected because of their stellar automobiles and commitment to the environment.

Statistics show that 95% of Subaru vehicles sold in the last 10 years are still on the road today. With advanced suspension solutions and top safety ratings, Subaru produces some of the most consumer friendly vehicles on the road. Subaru’s U.S. plant is a smoke-free facility and is also designated as a wildlife preserve. In 2004, their Lafayette, Indiana plant was the first to reach zero landfill status.* Subaru’s most recent accomplishment occurred in 2008 when they were the only auto manufacturer to have an increase in sales.

Jackson Automotive is excited about this new addition to their family. Jimmy Jackson had this to say about the acquisition: “Subaru is a very high quality, eco-friendly car and should fit in nicely with Mercedes-Benz and Volvo.”

The Jackson Automotive Group has been a Macon landmark since opening in 1955. Starting with an Oldsmobile dealership on Third Street, the group grew to their Wimbish Road/Riverside Drive location in 1966 and in 1976 added Mercedes-Benz to their family. Volvo was added in 1992 and the automotive group moved to their new Riverside Drive location in 2000. For more information about the Jackson Automotive Group, please click www.JacksonAutomotive.com.
