CLM Announces Advisory Board Changes

New York, NY, February 13, 2009 --(PR.com)-- The Council on Litigation Management (CLM) has announced that Domenick DiCicco, SVP, Chief Legal Officer for Zurich North America and Helen Gillcrist, Vice President and Manager of Enterprise Legal Services of Liberty Mutual have agreed to serve as the Council’s Advisory Board Chairman and Vice Chairman for two year terms.

DiCicco and Gillcrist will succeed Michael Boutot and Kevin Quinley, who will both continue to serve on the Advisory Board. “We are extremely grateful for the time and talent that Michael and Kevin brought to the Board, and we are delighted that they will continue to offer their expertise as Advisory Board Members,” said CLM’s Executive Director Adam Potter.

CLM also announced that Dean K. Harring, CPCU, CIC, and Chief Claims Officer for QBE the Americas, has agreed to join the Advisory Board. Dean’s presence will add significantly to the wealth of experience represented by Board Members. Dean was previously Chief Claims and Operations Officer at GAB Robins in Parsippany, N.J., and also has senior executive experience with Liberty Mutual, Commercial Union, Providence Washington, Zurich North America and CNA.

Advisory Board members Janel Clausen of Sony Pictures and Carole Gates, of the International Air Transport Association, are unable to continue serving as board members. “We value the past contributions of Janel and Carole and look forward to their continued involvement with the Council.”
