Carson Kressley to Headline Arizona Women's Expo

“How to Look Good Naked” host to give tips on fashion and self-esteem.

Tempe, AZ, March 11, 2009 --(PR.com)-- People, want to know how to look good? Think you have a fabulous eye for fashion or just want to learn how to dress with perfect style? Former star of Bravo’s "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy" and star of Lifetime’s "How to Look Good Naked", Carson Kressley has the answers for the women of the valley and will be sharing them at the upcoming 17th annual Arizona Women’s Expo.

Kressley will be giving the audience tips on how to look good while encouraging them to feel comfortable in their own bodies. Carson will also dedicate time for audience members to directly ask him questions regarding fashion, life and overall wellbeing.

A New York Time’s best selling author, fashion designer, avid philanthropist and nationally ranked equestrian, Kressley entered the national spotlight in 2003 as a breakout star and fashion expert on the Emmy Award winning reality series Queer Eye for the Straight Guy. Prior to “Queer Eye,” Kressley had worked at Ralph Lauren for eight years as a fashion designer.

Carson is the host of Lifetime’s How to Look Good Naked, which aims to build the self-esteem of participants by encouraging them to move from self-loathing to self-loving – without undergoing cosmetic surgery or extreme dieting.

Since hitting the national spotlight, Kressley has also launched a fashion line called “Perfect,” written three books, been a judge for the Ms. Universe Pageant as well as been a frequent fashion commentator for events such as the Oscars, the Golden Globes and the Ms. USA pageant. He is also involved in numerous philanthropic activities including charitable and nonprofit organizations from gay rights activism to mental health causes.

Kressley will be speaking on Saturday, April 25th at 2:00 PM. Audience members are encouraged to get there early as space is expected to fill up quickly.

Tickets are available now at any Ticketmaster location or at the Expo. General admission cost is $12, teenagers (13-17), members of the armed services and seniors (65+) are $10, and children (12 and under) are free.
