MBody Strength Offers Free Workout Plan for Strength and Conditioning

MBody Strength created a free workout plan for strength and conditioning to prepare Suburban Warrior Challenge participants for the fitness competition.

Fullerton, CA, March 11, 2009 --(PR.com)-- With the approaching Suburban Warrior Challenge II kettlebell fitness competition set to be held on March 28, 2009, MBody Strength wanted to prepare competitors to post better times by giving them a proper, 4-week free workout plan for strength and conditioning.

“We’d like this competition to be better than the last, and that means we need more prepared competitors,” stated Marcus Martinez, MBody Strength’s founder and member. “This free workout plan will help them build the strength and conditioning they need to push even harder than before.”

The Suburban Warrior Challenge II competition will be held in Fullerton, California, located in North Orange County. Competitors will do a 2.8-mile hike along the Panorama Trail with a heavy pack, will need to complete 100 kettlebell snatches, and complete 100 clean and presses.

The free workout plan features sprints, interval training, kettlebell training, weighted hiking, and running. Each type of exercise has a specific purpose in relation to the kettlebell competition components. If each workout listed in the free workout plan is performed over a four week period, performance in the Suburban Warrior Challenge should be significantly improved.

In addition to a free workout plan, MBody Strength also offers the first session free for workshops held at the Bogifit Gym in Anaheim, California, and boot camp sessions in Huntington Beach, California. This offer is extended to anyone living in Southern California.
