Ron Miller of Miller Advisory Corp. has formally joined forces with American Liquor Alliance, LLC to spearhead Mergers & Acquisitions as American Liquor Alliance continues the march to revolutionize the retail wine and spirits industry.
Tampa, FL, March 12, 2009 --(PR.com)-- American Liquor Alliance, LLC (ALA) is pleased to announce that Ron Miller and his firm, Miller Advisory Corp., have been tapped to guide ALA’s merger and acquisition efforts. Throughout his career, Miller has focused on delivering value-added solutions in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. His background in M & A and market strategies will help ALA explore new opportunities for growth.
After receiving an M.B.A. from Harvard in 1967, Ron worked in general management for three years before moving to the financial area for the past 38 years, 12 of which were spent at Raymond James, which now has over 5,000 financial advisors in 47 states, Canada and Europe. Most recently, Ron had been co-head of the Corporate Finance Department at Raymond James. In 1989, Ron moved on to found Miller Advisory Corp. to focus fully on assisting corporations in effecting transactions by offering merger and acquisition guidance.
