Linda Bigler Won the 2009 Coaches’ Choice “NetworkCOACH” Award for North America

ActionCOACH from California won honors at the North American conference – a gathering of the best Business Coaches in the United States, Mexico and Canada.

Las Vegas, NV, March 25, 2009 --(PR.com)-- ActionCOACH, the number one business and executive coaching firm in the world, awarded Linda Bigler the Coaches’ Choice “NetworkCOACH” award at its 2009 North America Regional Conference held in Las Vegas, Nevada.

ActionCOACH founder and CEO Brad Sugars presented this award at the company’s annual Awards Dinner.

“Networking skills are essential in running a coaching business and Linda’s example is a great one to follow for others who wish to succeed within our community,” Sugars said.

Bigler was honored by this recognition. This is her second consecutive year to receive an award.

“It is a huge honor to receive an award from my peers in the US, Canada and Mexico. The ActionCOACH Vision, Mission and Culture are held in such high regard and I am proud to be a member of the world’s number one business coaching firm,” she said. “This is exactly where I am supposed to be.”

Bigler is going to multiply her networking efforts many times over in 2009, starting with the EWGA (Executive Women’s Golf Association) in March.

“I am still growing my business by increasing the number of speaking engagements, adding more programs and opening up a few more coaching slots,” she said.

“Business owners need us more than ever right now. I am here to help them focus on what has to be done immediately to get the most they can out of their business and their lives and I believe that balance is a large part of the equation.”

Bigler believes staying “top of mind” and being visual to the clients is paramount for success.

“It may even be time to change the message and the deliverable to adjust to this economy – it is not what you know but what you do with what you know and I am here to make sure that every business owner has the opportunity to learn everything they need to know to thrive,” she said. “I want to work with the 20% who will raise their hands to be coached - the 20% that must survive and will make the commitment to achieve their goals.”

Bigler believes that the statistic stating that 80% of businesses don’t survive the first five years would translate into a huge failure rate in the state of California.

“This would mean in California where there are approximately 700,000 businesses, 560,000 will be out of business in the next five years,” she said. “Hence, it is my goal to uphold the vision ‘World Abundance through Business RE-Education’ for those who are ready.”

The finalists for this award included, Chris Carman, Ford Kyes, Graham Side, Jim Palzewicz, Jody Johnson, Rick Crossland and Russ Hall.
