90octane Announces 3rd Annual Mustache Challenge

The conversion-driven marketing agency hosts the event in which staff and clients vie to grow the most outlandish mustache and win a donation to a favorite charity.

Denver, CO, April 05, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Conversion-driven marketing agency 90octane kicked off its third annual Mustache Challenge on Monday, March 30th. Staff members, clients and friends of the agency join a race to grow the most voluminous, creative and perhaps outlandish mustache before April 16th. The winner earns a generous donation to the charity of his (or her) choice.

Last year’s winning challenger Sean Voorhies presented the Elias Fund, a nonprofit providing education and community development help in Zimbabwe, with a $500 donation from 90octane.

More than 30 contenders make this year’s Challenge the biggest yet. Before and after photos of all participants will be posted on the official Mustache Challenge website (http://www.mustachechallenge.com).

“All signs show that 2009 is the Year of the Mustache,” said Jim Grinney, Partner at 90octane.

In past years, Inc. Magazine, USA Today and the Denver Business Journal have all covered the Mustache Challenge as a unique way to cultivate office fun and put a unique twist on philanthropy.
