Preparatory Courses Dedicated to Teachers of Italian as a Foreign Language

Florence, Italy, April 10, 2009 --(PR.com)-- The Italian language school for foreigners Leonardo da Vinci located in Florence, is one of the national institutes authorized to issue the diploma of Italian language “Firenze” AIL after passing an exam.

This diploma certifies the effective preparation of an Italian language teacher for foreigners on an elementary (DELI-A2), intermediate (DILI-B1 and B2, DILC-B1) or advanced level (DILI-C1 and DALC-C1).

The school offers all the Italian language teachers the chance to attend a preparatory course aimed to pass the exam and to achieve the diploma.

The course is essentially divided into two parts: the first one schedules a standard course, and has a duration which varies between 4 and 24 weeks depending on the preparation level of the Italian language teacher; the second one on the other hand, schedules a specific “Preparatory Course for AIL Exams” for the achievement of the Diploma of Italian language “Firenze” AIL.

Usually the Preparatory Course for the AIL Exams starts a month before the exam dates. Therefore, since next exam is scheduled for 26th June 2009, the preparatory course will last from June 1st to 26th.

This course includes 6 daily lessons: four are focused on grammar and conversation, whereas during the other two, participants will have the opportunity to practise and simulate the exams.
