Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® Names REALTOR® of the Year

Raleigh, NC, April 10, 2009 --(PR.com)-- John Wood, president of the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® (RRAR) (www.rrar.com) has announced that the Association has named Eddie Speas, executive vice president and general manager of Coldwell Banker Advantage, as the 2008 REALTOR® of the Year. Speas has more than 15 years experience as a real estate professional concentrating on land and new home sales, serving as manager of Ammons Pittman GMAC Real Estate New Homes Division before becoming general manager and executive vice president of Coldwell Banker Advantage in 2004. He serves on the board of directors for the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) as well as the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® (RRAR).
