Find Your Way to the Lennar Virginia GPS Event on April 18th

The Virginia division of Lennar is giving a free TomTomĀ® 125 GPS to the first 55 households who register.

Chantilly, VA, April 11, 2009 --(PR.com)-- The Virginia division of Lennar is giving a free TomTom® 125 GPS to the first 55 households who register and tour their model homes at select communities on Saturday, April 18, 2009 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

“We are thrilled about this promotion,” said Brenda Sharp, director of sales and marketing for Lennar’s Virginia division. “Offering a GPS system is an enticing way to get prospective homebuyers excited about visiting our communities and touring our model homes.”

To go along with the GPS promotion, Lennar has partnered with Pep Boys, “Americas Only Tires, Parts and Full Service Center”, to offer specials on automotive services.

“A GPS system and a well maintained car go hand in hand. It is a benefit that Pep Boys is participating in our promotion and we are glad that we can pass any automotive service specials on to our prospective homebuyers,” Sharp said.

Each participating community will award 55 GPS systems to those who tour the model homes and register at Lennar’s Welcome Home Centers.

“Now is the perfect time to buy a new home,” said Sharp. “With low interest rates, special financing and lower prices, people really are able to get the home of their dreams,” Sharp concluded.

Lennar offers a variety of homes and communities to fit any lifestyle. The communities featured in the GPS promotion include: Spriggs Run Estates in Woodbridge, Chatsworth Village in Manassas, Heritage Hunt in Gainesville and Groveton Woods in Alexandria.
