Schenectady, NY, April 13, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Art Night continues to grow. With over 30 venues ready to debut new and fresh Artwork, Music, Food, and Shopping opportunities, April’s Art Night is living up to its reputation and is bigger and better than the last.

There are 3 special events taking place during this month’s Art Night; The Schenectady County Public Library presents a student art show, “Circus Dreams,” from 6:30–7:30 PM.

in the McChesney Room of the Schenectady County Public Library. Union College’s “Night Out” will be running in conjunction with Art Night Schenectady at various locations throughout Downtown Schenectady, and The Existing Artists Present a public arts exhibit called the “Tag Project”. The Tag Project is a series of outdoor art exhibits intended to brighten the day of those passing by, and to encourage downtown Schenectady visitors to explore the less-traveled sections of the community.

Art Night Schenectady also welcomes a new Art Night After 9 Event. “The Attic” presented by Absolute Live Entertainment will be at Robb Alley at Proctors from 9 PM -1 AM paving the way for the arts in Downtown Schenectady's Arts District after 9 PM.
