Female Naval Officer Facing Possible Separation Interviewed on Smooth Drama

Santee, CA, April 18, 2009 --(PR.com)-- LCDR Syneeda Penland, a single African American female Naval Officer who has proudly served her country for 19 years, discussed her story on Smooth Drama Live Talk Radio (www.smoothdrama.com), April 16, 2009.
