Its state of the art manufacturing unit in Rabale, Near Mumbai has the capacity to manufacture mechanically ferrule spliced (Aluminium ferrule) wire rope sling 3mm to 103mm dia on Hydraulic Press of 3000 Tons, 1500 Tons, 1000 Tons, 500 Tons & 300 Tons capacity; Mechanically Steel Ferrule spliced wire rope slings with Flemish eyes and all type of wire rope slings; Chain Slings manufactured by mig welding as well as non-welded connecting links;Forged 'D'/'Bow' Shackles /Eye Hooks/Turnbuckles/ Plate/Pipe Lifting Clamps/Wire rope Clips; Single and multiple Sheave Pulley Block from 1 Mt to 100 Mt. Capacity.
The associate company, Zebra Weblift Pvt Limited, one of the early manufacturers of polyester slings in India under the Zebra brand name can manufacture Zebra Polyester flat belt webbing slings - 0.5 Ton to 30 Ton; Zebra Polyester endless sling - 1 Ton to 250 Ton; Zebra Lowering and Cargo Lashing belts.
The inhouse testing facility has a 300 Ton Hydraulic Horizontal Machine – Bed 100 FT. long fitted with electronic load cells; a 100 Ton Hydraulic Horizontal Testing Machine - BED 20 FT. long ; and the facilities are are approved by Directorate of Industrial Safety Health, Maharashtra State and Dock Workers (Safety, Health, and Welfare) Regulation, 1990 (IDLR). It is also approved by classification Society like BV, DNV, Lloyds Register and ABS.
