Point ONE Commercial Real Estate Sells Beloit Warehouse

117,000 Square Foot Beloit Warehouse is sold to Murray Enterprises.

Beloit, WI, April 23, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Point ONE Commercial Real Estate has sold a former Kerry Inc. Warehouse, located in Beloit, Wisconsin. The warehouse consists of 117,000 square feet, and came with a number of unique features, including: 15 shipping docks, a rail spur, refrigeration capability, food grade, and office space.

The building was originally a food processing facility, owned by Universal Foods. It was taken over by Kerry Inc. and used as a food grade warehouse.

Murray Enterprises, of Davenport, Iowa, purchased the building. They plan on using the facility to support their growing list of food producing customers in the Midwest. Murray is on of the largest privately held warehouse and trucking firms in the Midwest, and has over 1,000,000 sf of warehouse space, and over 200 trucks to service their customer needs.

Gary Seidel of Point ONE Commercial Real Estate, brokered the sale along with Andy Doyle of NAI Ruhl & Ruhl Commercial.
