Action Steps for Business Goals in Today's Economy

The Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce will host its FastTrac workshop on April 30 from 8 a.m. to noon.

Raleigh, NC, April 23, 2009 --(PR.com)-- The Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce (www.raleighchamber.org) is hosting its FastTracTM workshop on April 30. Aimed at helping companies refocus their business plans and build roadmaps for future success, the event will run from 8 a.m. to noon.

Facilitators include Brooks Malone and Heather Dean, partners at Hughes Pittman & Gupton, LLP (www.hpg.com), the largest locally owned and managed, independent CPA firm in North Carolina; and Teresa Spangler, managing partner of PlazaBridge, a privately owned company that focuses on delivering practical solutions to start-up and early-stage companies.

The workshop will help participants:
• Develop a picture of what state their business is in today.
• Create a three-year vision for the business.
• Calculate where the business is in its planning process.
• Convert company goals into action steps.

This program is open to the public. Registration for the event is $85 for Raleigh Chamber member firms employees and $100 for non-members. The event will be held at the lower-level training room of the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce (800 S. Salisbury St., Raleigh).
