NJ Financial Services Makes Multi-Million Dollar Church Loan to Hope Cathedral

NJ Financial Services loans $2.1 million to Hope Cathedral for acquisition of new church property for their growing ministry.

Jackson, NJ, April 25, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Hope Cathedral had a dream – a dream of providing more space for their growing congregation. They purchased property four years ago, but when it came time to build, the bank pulled the plug. Then they heard about NJ Financial Services.

“It was amazing. Most multi-million dollar transactions take 6 months or more, but from the time we agreed upon pricing to the closing took only 6 weeks,” said Pastor Trevon Gross of Hope Cathedral.

“Once we identify a client’s need, we can move quickly to get their project on track, unlike a number of other lending institutions affected by the credit crunch,” said Dave Dallenbach, Senior Loan Consultant, NJ Financial Services.

With the help of NJ Financial Services, Hope Cathedral purchased 7 and ½ acres on Bennetts Mill Road in Jackson for $2.1 million. The property contains a functioning daycare center, another building to be used as a house of worship, and a residential building. Pastor Trevon Gross hopes the congregation will be using the new worship center by this summer. “We are working with the township to obtain the necessary permits and to meet the zoning requirements,” says Pastor Gross.

Started six years ago by Pastor Trevon Gross and his wife D. Qwynn Gross, Hope Cathedral is a non-denominational, multi-cultural, charismatic church focused on making a positive impact in the lives of people by providing a dynamic teaching ministry where all individuals and families can grow in faith and discover true hope only found in God. Currently, Hope Cathedral meets at Crawford-Rodriguez Elementary School on Larsen Road in Jackson, NJ. For more information, go to hopecathedral.org.
