Calderon is a recent graduate of Crossroads College, and he is fluent in Spanish, he will aid the Spanish-speaking clients of Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston’s Durham real estate division. Phillip obtained his bachelors degree in Political Science from North Carolina Central University and was most recently employed with the City of Raleigh as a Housing Inspector.
