The World of Myth Magazine Publishes Its Final Issue, Re-Launches as 2M Magazine

Apple Valley, CA, April 26, 2009 --(PR.com)-- The World of Myth Magazine (a subsidiary of Dark Myth Production Studios), announced today that after 5 years of publishing the nation's premier literary on-line magazine, it would change its direction.

The name of this popular magazine will change to 2M Magazine and will also become a print periodical.

"It's a bittersweet moment for all of us," said David K. Montoya, Chief Executive Officer of Dark Myth Production Studios. "Over the years, hundreds if not thousands of work hours have gone into The World of Myth to produce the best possible magazine we could generate for our readers. We plan on making the final issue one of our best, as we will be going back to our original layout."

Terry D. Scheerer, Vice President of Dark Myth Production Studios and special guest editor for the final issue of The World of Myth said, "After spending some three years as The World of Myth editor and watching this almost unknown web site continue to grow and become a larger and better magazine each year, I am honored by being asked to return as guest Editor for the closing chapter of The World of Myth, and to watch as it progresses on to its new incarnation."

The final issue of The World of Myth will be issue number Forty, which will feature stories by Terry D. Scheerer and David K. Montoya. There will be poetry, articles and an interview with Mario Martinez. Art for this issue is by Rebecca C. Lofgren.

Published by David K. Montoya, the special guest Editor is Terry D. Scheerer and the magazine is a subsidiary of Dark Myth Production Studios.

The magazine is presently distributed on-line at: www.theworldofmyth.com.

The final issue is scheduled for release the last week of April, 2009.
