Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Presentation by James City County Administrator, Sandy Wanner.

Williamsburg, VA, May 03, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Lennar, one of the nation’s leading homebuilders, celebrated the Grand Opening of their Colonial Heritage Information Center with a ribbon cutting ceremony and presentation by James City Country Administrator, Sandy Wanner.

During the ribbon cutting ceremony, Wanner discussed Lennar’s strength of community, dedication and strong commitment to the city of Williamsburg.

“It was an honor to have Mr. Wanner at our Information Center Grand Opening,” said Brenda Sharp, director of sales and marketing for Lennar’s Virginia division. “The statements he made about Lennar and Colonial Heritage were very significant.”

“This is a time to move forward and continue the momentum we have created at Colonial Heritage,” said Sharp. “Lennar has been in business for more than 55 years and we are a builder our homebuyers can count on. Our Information Center Grand Opening was a wonderful celebration and representation of our continued commitment to Williamsburg,” Sharp added.

The Colonial Heritage Information Center serves as an introduction to Lennar’s Colonial Heritage Community. Guests who visit the Center, just outside the development, can learn about community amenities, new homes, and even play a little golf on the putting green behind the Center.

“The Information Center is the first point of contact that our visitors have with the community and it is a very important first impression,” said Sharp.

“We are thrilled about our new Information Center because it will give our guests knowledge of the community so that when they tour our model homes and incredible resort amenities they will understand the value.”
