)-- Beginning of March sqeez tube drinx, division of Vienna-based CWC Ads & mORE GmbH and producer of the stylish drinks in tubes, kicked off this year's trade show participations with CRFA Toronto, the biggest event of this kind for the food and beverage industry in Canada and venue for more than 12,000 decision makers. This was made possible only with the strong support by the Austrian Trade Commission in Toronto that took care of introducing sqeez to interested visitors at the Austrian booth. In the same manner sqeez participated in the Alimentaria Lisbon end of April, where the tube drinks again were presented at an impressive booth.
Both trade show participations turned out to be a great success and led to more than 100 inquiries about the unique beverages of sqeez.
Managing director of sqeez tube drinx Arno Aumayr: "The two trade shows in Toronto and Lisbon for sure exceeded all expectations. We thought that the strained economic situation might perhaps dampen demand for sqeez. But in fact it seems the opposite is the case. Especially now people are looking for new and interesting products. In this spirit and on very short notice we decided to also join the GAST trade show."
The "Alles fuer den Gast" (GAST) is an international food and beverage trade show that takes place in Vienna and Salzburg. It is a venue for gastronomy, hotel industry, event and party catering services and many more.
And again the crowd at the sqeez booth at times became overwhelming. In particular the handy sqeez six-packs were much sought-after and had been sold out on the day of opening already.
To maintain this momentum sqeez has already planned for the next trade shows it is going to join. So it is justified to be curious which countries will be struck by sqeez-mania next.
