Brie's 9th Annual Yard & Estate Sale

Mount Prospect, IL, May 09, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Brigid and Annamarie McAlpin of Brie's Gift Gallery will be hosting their 9th annual yard sale in conjunction with the 2009 Mount Prospect Village-Wide Garage Sale. The sale has been expanded to four days this year, May 14-17.

Featured at the sale will be tons of vintage costume jewelry in addition to vintage and antique furniture, lamps, artwork, glassware, pottery, wrought iron, wood, silver, china and linens. The pieces have been gathered from three estates and from Brie's Gift Gallery. Many pieces are from Japan and/or have an Asian flair.

Also featured will be an extensive collection of Japanese-style vintage porcelain, majolica planters, artwork and home accessories from a Chinese art imports store offered at 20%-75% off.

In addition, there will be a final clearance of selected Windy City Jewelry pieces, which is the jewelry line featuring vintage glass beads and crystals designed and created by Brie's owners. Prices will be 50%-75% off the originals.

There will be a liquidation of customer returned clothing from QVC (the #1 TV shopping network), designer clothing, shoes and handbags, new costume jewelry from New York, craft supplies such as glass and natural stone beads, sterling silver findings, ribbon, silk flowers, embellishments and much more.

There will be a liquidation of beautiful holiday decor from an upscale artisan boutique in the western suburbs and from a gift/floral shop which was inside a gourmet grocery in the northwest suburbs.

The sale will be located at Brigid's house, which is 3 blocks directly north of Brie's at the corner of Louis St and Busse Ave. It will be an indoor/outdoor sale.
