WorkSmart Acquires Carolina Technology Solutions

Firms Merge to Provide Expanded Services in Charlotte.

Research Triangle Park, NC, May 09, 2009 --(PR.com)-- WorkSmart, the premier provider of Information Technology services and solutions in North Carolina, announced today they have acquired the Charlotte-based firm Carolina Technology Solutions (CTS). The acquisition was completed April 16th; terms of the deal were not disclosed. Carolina Technology Solutions will now be known as WorkSmart.

The acquisition of Carolina Technology Solutions is part of WorkSmart’s vision to provide expanded IT infrastructure support and service to the metro Charlotte area and better serve clients in the region. A staff of seven will be based in the Charlotte office and Greg Miller will serve as General Manager for those operations.
