Free State Lien Law Service to the Self Storage Industry

Do not sell or auction a storage unit if you are unsure of the Self Storage Lien Law for your state. The liabilities can be catastrophic.

Stockton, CA, August 04, 2006 --(PR.com)-- Ron VanVarden is pleased to announce the completion of Storagelaws Network website. Storagelaws is easy to navigate compilation of state lien laws for the Self Storage Industry. The site is available at www.storagelaws.net.

After some prodding by Guy Denos of California Storage Auctions and many emails from self storage owners and managers requesting information on their state lien laws for the self storage industry, Ron VanVarden has compiled from each state the lien laws pertinent to the self storage facilities.

When asked why he would undertake this project, Mr. VanVarden commented, “There has not been a no cost one stop resource for locating state lien laws for the self storage industry. Just look on E-Bay and you can find storage facilities from California to North Carolina selling whole units or piecing out units. So many facilities make their own rules, it puts the whole industry under scrutiny.”

Mr. VanVarden initially setup the website for California and Nevada self storage lien laws for internal use for the mini storage company that he has been an operator of since 1994. “When the website was picked up by search engines, what was meant for internal company use, became a very busy website” said Ron VanVarden.

Storagelaws Network has had a major upgrade over the last year. The upgrades to the site include Modified fonts to make viewing pages easier on PDA's, Mac's and Unix/Linux systems. Font size control on the states' pages allowing visitors to the website to adjust the font size on the law text. Included a RSS feed.
