)-- Team Fitness America is proud to announce their new Vice President, Alan Prior. While already shocking the home fitness industry by offering low and affordable prices with qualified and reliable in home personal trainers, Team Fitness America continues to seek and align themselves with fitness industry professionals.
From 2005 to November of 2008, Fitness 2 Maximum In Home Personal Training was a northeastern based in home fitness company only servicing Philadelphia, New Jersey, New York, and Delaware. The company’s owner, Margaret Pajak, desired to take her in home personal training company to the next level and procured the services of Alan Prior to serve as a business consultant with the objective of propelling nationally her newly devised Fit2Max, LLC.
Prior holds five fitness certifications and has worked within the fitness industry for over 15 years developing company infrastructures to operate to the best of their ability. He was most well-known for serving as the President of Sales and Marketing for a national in home fitness company that started with just two personal trainers and grew to the point of having 1000 personal trainers and 2500 clients nationwide that gave it a multi-million dollar status.
Due to a mixture of many uncontrollable circumstances Prior lost his position and title within his fitness company, which led him to serve as a consultant for four other fitness companies after his executive position had ended. One of those included a health club chain in the northwest that sought out to improve their initial customer lead response and procurement of new sales.
“My passion has always been fitness and helping others achieve their fitness goals,” says Prior, the new Vice President of Team Fitness America. “I have developed great fitness organizations over time but also made many mistakes along the way as well… From those mistakes, I am ready to teach and lead others to make the right decisions. I have a great gratitude towards Miss Pajak for offering me the opportunity to give Team Fitness America all of the qualities that it needs to continue serving America as a client friendly organization.”
From November of 2008 to March of 2009, Prior developed a national brand name for Team Fitness America overseeing their website development, advertising strategies, and administrative procedures to make sure that employees and independent contractors are paid on time, clients are billed according to plan, and all representatives are trained properly.
“After Alan’s consulting services were complete we noticed that Team Fitness America continued to grow but we all felt as though we wanted him to be part of our team full time,” says Pajak. “His drive and persistence to grow and his passion for fitness makes him a true component that Team Fitness America needs to become America’s most loved fitness team.”
Prior plans on writing a series of articles about weight loss and personal training, creating an in-home personal training certification, and developing a base of local representatives around the country.
“Our goal is to provide clients with an affordable in home personal trainer that most would say is too good to be true,” says Prior. “But while maintaining affordability we plan on implementing and controlling an ‘in house’ trainer rating system that will keep our personal trainers reliable to keeping clients on track and focused on helping clients reach their goals quickly,” says Prior.
Throughout 2009, Team Fitness America plans to follow a charitable plan of action to become more involved with local communities through charities and non-profit organizations. Along with getting involved with local communities, they also plan to join the Better Business Bureau throughout different areas so that if a client needs a place to have a complaint mediated then they can do so through a credited organization.
Team Fitness America also plans on a website “revamp” which will include refund policies, privacy clauses, and more. The planned information addition to their website is scheduled to take place by the end of May.
