Archant Life France Launches the Next French Property Exhibition to be Held in London

Archant Life France launches their next French Property Exhibition to be held at Olympia, in London, on 11-13 September 2009.

London, United Kingdom, May 22, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Following the success of the French Property Exhibition in Harrogate earlier this month, Archant Life France continues with its programme and launches the next show. To be held at Olympia, in London, on 11-13 September 2009 the show promises to bring together house hunters and professionals of the French property market, including estate agents, tax advisors, mortgage lenders, removal and currency exchange companies. The equivalent show last year attracted 3,500 visitors.

Entrance to the exhibition is free. To obtain tickets visitors simply need to register on the show's dedicated website www.fpeolympia.com

Despite the challenging economic climate, Archant Life France, who besides organising exhibitions is the market-leading publisher within the Francophile market in the UK, reports that its exhibition visitors are still very much looking to buy in France.

Having watched the French property market and commented on its fluctuations over the years, Karen Tait, editor of French Property News magazine, has become a trusted voice. She believes that now is a good time to buy in France. "It is a buyer's market. Many vendors in France have dropped their sale price to levels not seen for years, which means that even with the current sterling/euro exchange rate, buyers can still find a bargain," she said. Eleanor O'Kane, the editor of Living France adds: "Our readers tell us they'd rather be in France than in the UK as the lifestyle is more enjoyable. The bottom line is that those who are seriously committed to a French lifestyle do their homework and make sure the move is sustainable. On the whole France still offers a good long-term return on investment."

Exhibitors tend to agree with Archant's enthusiastic approach. Richard Khoury of Richard Immobilier, a France-based estate agency, said: "We have had some strong enquiries this weekend". Jamie Lesinski of Currencies Direct, a currency exchange specialist, described the recent Harrogate show as "decidedly worthwhile" and "a pleasure to attend". Mr Appleyard of Britannia Movers, a removals firm, said attending the show was: "a great way to do business and a fantastic opportunity to meet new clients."
