The pre-conference workshop at ASTD International 2009 will immerse eLearning developers in building a development process that focuses on games and simulations while using a disciplined, streamlined approach that encourages creativity, communication, efficiency, and results.
Joe Rheaume will lend his expertise as the creator of “Chronotron,” the popular Web-based video game, and as a representative of Web Courseworks, the eLearning production company where he works as lead programmer.

• Apply a design process that includes tools that allow for discussion on learning theory, client sign-offs, and stakeholder involvement
